Refund and Returns Policy

Many of our adult products and lingerie are shipped in the usual high quality, professional packaging. However, it is often impossible to tell if it has been opened, used or tampered with. We will therefore not risk our health and safety standards by accepting returned goods – regardless of whether or not a claim states that the product has not been used. 

Opened Merchandise

Unfortunately due to the nature of my products, I cannot accept opened, used or non-defective items for credit or exchange. I do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of the products

Lingerie – Can I return Lingerie

We don’t accept returns on any lingerie items. When you order your lingerie, be extra-careful that you’re ordering the right size. We really want you to love the lingerie you buy so email us if  you’re uncertain about the size or make use of the sizing guide
